Albizzati Group is an industrial group specialised in the design, engineering and manufacturing of custom modular and engineered solutions for industrial, energy, military and high-technology environments.
Every product and project is developed according to the client’s technical specifications and the applicable international standards, guaranteeing reliability, operational safety and efficiency even in the most complex and critical scenarios.
The Group operates as a single-source supplier, integrating every phase of the project internally: design and engineering, fabrication, assembly and system integration, testing and quality control, packing and preparation for shipment. This approach allows us to manage complex turnkey projects, reducing interface risks and keeping full control over timing, costs and performance.
Founded in Ossona in 1969 by Giuseppe Albizzati, still the Group’s chairman, the company grew from traditional metal fabrication into a supplier of complete engineered systems with total vertical integration. Today the Group is a financially solid, continuously growing family business with more than 250 employees across five production sites in Italy.

With full control over design, production and quality, our strength is the 100% in-house production cycle: fewer risks, shorter project times and no dependence on external suppliers, to serve the most demanding sectors in the world.

History
More than 55 years of industrial experience.
- 1969
Foundation in Ossona
Giuseppe Albizzati founds the company with the aim of offering complete engineering solutions with full control over design, production and quality. Ossona remains the Group’s historical headquarters.
- 1996
Expansion to Santo Stefano Ticino
Acquisition of the Santo Stefano Ticino plant: Albizzati S.p.A. is born, consolidating production capacity and structural growth.
- 2005
Acquisition of Eudosia Sistemi
Entry into energy systems and passive-cooled shelters for critical applications.
- 2006
Albizzati Group is established
The integrated industrial model takes shape; production sites expand and strategic yards open.
- 2012
Alex Sistemi and the Livorno base
Acquisition of Alex Sistemi S.p.A. and of the operating base near the port of Livorno: consolidation in the Defence sector and direct access to the dockside for international shipments.
- 2014
New production site in Inveruno
Expanded capacity for modular structures and complex assemblies.
- 2019
Albizzati International Project
The Group’s engineering company is created to strengthen advanced engineering and coordinate projects on a global scale.

The Magenta industrial area
Acquisition of the Magenta site: the new headquarters and advanced manufacturing hub supporting international growth.

Engineering & Design
Mechanical, structural, electrical and HVAC engineering with 3D modelling, FEM, fatigue, blast, thermal, acoustic and CFD analyses, through to detailed design.
Fabrication & Machining
Cutting, bending, welding, CNC machining and heavy modular assembly, all performed in-house with large-format, high-precision machinery.
Surface Treatments & Painting
Sandblasting, painting, pickling, passivation and custom coating cycles in large-scale treatment cabins available at every production site.
Integration & Cabling
Complete installation of electrical, HVAC, fire & gas detection, telecommunication and auxiliary systems: every module is fully outfitted and ready for use.
Testing & Quality Control
Dimensional checks, non-destructive testing, FAT, functional and environmental tests performed in-house to guarantee full technical and operational compliance.
Packing & Shipment
Final assembly, protection and preparation of large modules for direct shipment, with logistics planned for national and intercontinental projects.

Magenta is the headquarters and advanced manufacturing hub; Guasticce, next to the port of Livorno, is where large modules are assembled and loaded directly dockside.
