Because the whole cycle happens in-house, every person sees the project from drawing to shipment. That is rare in heavy industry, and it is what makes the work here concrete.
- Engineering and design: mechanical, structural, electrical and HVAC engineers; 3D modelling, FEM and CFD analyses; project management for international orders.
- Fabrication and machining: welders, CNC operators and millers on large-format machines, such as the PAMA Speedmill gantry milling machine.
- Integration and testing: electrical and HVAC technicians, quality control and testing specialists.
- Operations: purchasing, planning, estimating, administration.
