100% in-house production cycle
Six phases.One partner.Full control.
Our production cycle is fully integrated and managed internally, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, precision and reliability in every phase, from engineering to final testing.
Why it matters
A single industrial partner: total control, reduced risk.
Total vertical integration is not just a production asset: it is a strategic advantage for our clients.
- Reduced interface risks between suppliers.
- Full control over timing, costs and performance.
- Certified quality along the whole production chain.
- Complex turnkey projects managed on an international scale.
We do not offer standard products: every unit is fully customisable in dimensions, materials, performance and integrated systems. What stays the same is the method: six phases, one responsible partner.
The 100% in-house production cycle
The cycle, phase by phase.
Every phase is performed in our own sites, by our own people, with our own machinery.
Engineering & Design
Mechanical, structural, electrical and HVAC engineering with 3D modelling, FEM, fatigue, blast, thermal, acoustic and CFD analyses, through to detailed design.
Fabrication & Machining
Cutting, bending, welding, CNC machining and heavy modular assembly, all performed in-house with large-format, high-precision machinery.
Surface Treatments & Painting
Sandblasting, painting, pickling, passivation and custom coating cycles in large-scale treatment cabins available at every production site.
Integration & Cabling
Complete installation of electrical, HVAC, fire & gas detection, telecommunication and auxiliary systems: every module is fully outfitted and ready for use.
Testing & Quality Control
Dimensional checks, non-destructive testing, FAT, functional and environmental tests performed in-house to guarantee full technical and operational compliance.
Packing & Shipment
Final assembly, protection and preparation of large modules for direct shipment, with logistics planned for national and intercontinental projects.
Testing and quality control
Every unit is tested before it leaves.
Depending on project requirements, we perform in-house the tests that confirm full technical and operational compliance, with factory acceptance tests (FAT) before shipment.
- Dimensional and structural tests
- Welding tests (PT / MT / UT)
- Painting and coating inspections
- Pressure and leak tests
- Electrical tests: continuity, rigidity, earthing, insulation
- Functional tests of installed equipment
- Load and drop tests
- Rain test
- Thermal and environmental tests, from −35 °C to +70 °C, in the climatic chamber
- Factory acceptance tests (FAT) with the client
- Third-party inspections on request
Capacity that makes the difference
Large formats, high precision.
We control the whole production process because we own large-format, high-precision machinery. Constant investment in high-performance equipment guarantees repeatable quality, shorter lead times and the ability to handle complex geometries and large modular structures.
