2. What data we process and why
Browsing data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time of access). This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and is retained for the time strictly necessary. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data provided voluntarily through the forms
The contact and meeting request forms collect name and surname, company, email address, telephone number (optional), the topic of the request and the message. This data is processed to respond to the request, to organise meetings (for example at trade exhibitions) and, where a business relationship follows, for pre-contractual purposes. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary to process the request; without it we cannot reply. Requests are stored in the site’s management system and in the company mailboxes for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established.
Spontaneous applications
If you send an application through the form (topic “Careers”), your data is processed to evaluate your profile for current or future positions within the Group companies. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in personnel selection. Applications are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Please do not include special categories of data (health, political opinions, etc.) in your application.
Analytics
With your consent, expressed through the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. See the cookie policy for details. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
3. Recipients
Data may be processed by employees and collaborators of the Group companies (Albizzati S.p.A., Alex Sistemi S.p.A., Eudosia Sistemi S.r.l., Albizzati International Project S.r.l.) authorised to process it, and by suppliers acting as data processors: the hosting provider of the website, the provider of the corporate email service, and the agency that maintains the site. Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. Data is not disseminated.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Some suppliers (for example Google) may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to obtain its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Articles 15–22 GDPR).
