Albizzati S.p.A. is the Group’s manufacturing company: its industrial backbone, combining advanced production capabilities with full management of complex assemblies and large-scale modules.
Founded in Ossona in 1969 and established as Albizzati S.p.A. in 1996 with the acquisition of the Santo Stefano Ticino plant, the company specialises in the fabrication of special metal structures, prefabricated industrial modules and systems for energy and gas turbine applications. Its product range includes filter houses and inlet and exhaust ducts for gas turbines, with a maximum combustion air flow of 1,188,000 m³/h, together with large steel structures, pressure vessels manufactured under ASME authorisation, Hastelloy scrubber filters and machined and milled components.
Role in the Group
Within the Group’s 100% in-house production cycle, Albizzati S.p.A. is specifically responsible for in-house manufacturing and assembly; mechanical, electrical and HVAC integration; testing and quality control; and technical and logistical support for international projects. Every product can be fully customised, with options for the integration of mechanical, electrical and ventilation systems, to ensure safety, efficiency and long-term reliability in the most demanding operating environments.
Facilities
The company operates from the Magenta headquarters, the Group’s new production site acquired in 2021 with 16,000 m² of covered area, and from Santo Stefano Ticino, the plant specialised in metalworking. Both facilities are designed for large-scale production, complex assemblies and high-precision testing, with cutting, bending, machining and surface treatment capacity sized for large structures. The Magenta site houses the new surface treatment department, operational since 2025, and the pressure vessel shop covered by the ASME Certificate of Authorization.

Albizzati S.p.A. holds ISO 9001:2015 certification issued by DNV for the design and manufacturing of components for turbines and petrochemical plants, metallic structures and pressure vessels; EN 1090 factory production control up to execution class EXC3; ISO 3834-2:2021 welding quality; CSA W47.1 Division 2 certification by the Canadian Welding Bureau; EN 13084-7 certification for free-standing exhaust stacks from 2,000 to 5,000 mm in diameter; the ASME U-Stamp for the manufacture of pressure vessels; and the attestation as steel processing centre under the Italian DM 14/01/2008.
